Added stock loading and clearing script

Added catalogue cleaning script and a script to load from json. Loading script adds colors and assigns photos to them. Adds discounts to avalible products. Added two php files for stock and color association correction. Added documentation. Modified nginx conf to allow for DELETE requests. Modified gitignore, README.md. Added constant categories url and auto category addition.
