Confirmation component tests

User Story

As a frontend developer, I want to implement unit tests for the confirmation component so that we can ensure its stability and correct behavior during active usage by guests.

Acceptance Criteria

Test the following:

• Displaying guests in the guest list
• Confirmation buttons actions
• Displaying message after confirmation button actions
