Create walking GTFS

To improve the accuracy of the heatmap we will add walking data to the graph structure. We need a script to create GTFS data from the data generated by poi.json.

Requirements:

• Use poi-map.json to generate the data
• The data should handle variable numbers of points
• Use OSRM or similar for travel time
