Prepare sample data for heat map generation

We need sample data to progress on heat map generation. From the current state of the data model such a sample should be possible to be created.

Datastructure4 branch contains a connections json and a graph.py script that would both be useful in generating this data.

Requirements:

• Sample data should contain geo location and travel time
• Provide at least 40 data points (can be from single line)
• Format can be JSON
